  The roaches are a huge problem and management won't proactively resolve it. They make you pay late fees when they post the bill late and maintenance requests take forever with no solution. Darius is one of the best leasing managers but he can only do so much with limited authority. If you don't want to deal with the roaches in your kitchen and mold in your bedroom closet then stay far away if you can.
